Permissions with status
Query Data from a Local Table
Each pass of the profile generator collects all the permission suggestions from the SU24 transaction to a transaction added through the role menu of the single role and checks the permissions to be added to the permission list. The following effect is to add transactions to a role when the added transaction is announced through the role menu of the role and various criteria are met.
Finally, the check logic provides for a row-level check within a table if you want to restrict access to the table contents depending on an organisational mapping. For example, if you want a user to view only the data from a table that affects the country where their work location is located, you must configure it accordingly. To do this, you define and activate organisation-relevant fields as an organisational criterion (see Tip 62, "Organisationally restrict table editing permissions"). To keep track of which users can access which tables, run the SUSR_TABLES_WITH_AUTH report. This report provides information about which user or single role has the S_TABU_DIS or S_TABU_NAM authorization objects. The result list shows all the authorised tables, their permissions, and their permission values.
SAP Authorization Trace - Simple Overview of Authorizations
If you want to set the table logger check for multiple tables, you should note that the principles for changing Dictionary objects apply, i.e. you will generate increased system loads in running systems. Therefore, you should make both the modification and the transport of the changes outside of business hours. The SAP system only provides customising tables for table logging by default; so you don't have to worry about performance. Tables that serve to customise typically contain relatively little data that is rarely changed. However, you should not turn on table logging for tables that are subject to mass changes, as there may be performance and disk space issues. This applies to tables with root or movement data. After all, if table logging is enabled, a log entry in the DBTABLOG table is generated for each change to the contents of a logged table.
With the transaction SUIM you can search under roles, roles with different search criteria. The variant "Roles by complex selection criteria" covers all possible selection criteria. However, you can also search only for a specific selection criterion (e.g. only for transactions, only for authorization objects...).
During go-live, the assignment of necessary authorizations is particularly time-critical. The "Shortcut for SAP systems" application provides functions for this purpose, so that the go-live does not get bogged down because of missing authorizations.

The security policy was introduced with the SAP NetWeaver 7.31 release; for their use you need at least this release.
A note box in which data of all kinds can be quickly filed and retrieved. This is what Scribble Papers promises. At first, the program looks very spartan. But once a small structure is in place, you realise the great flexibility of this little helper.
In the selection mask, you can either enter your new Z transaction, or you can enter the SE16 transaction in the Called TA search box.
