The starting point for all our innovations is always the needs and feedback of our customers. We also involve customers in the development and pilot phases.

Today, business-critical processes are happening more and more in real time. Consequently, we have decided to take fundamentally new paths: We therefore also offer real-time support, in direct interaction with our support experts, via chat or phone. Feedback on classic messages can already be received by customers in real time as SMS directly to their mobile phone. Customers prefer to help with questions directly in the application they use. We therefore integrate support directly into our products with Built-in Support.
Big changes cast their shadow: What next year will bring
For training in the rollout phase, the above documents and records proved very helpful. The tool has supported our SAP instructors in user training. The automatic documentation in Word serves as a training manual. Recorded processes are particularly useful for SAP transactions, because no one can remember all the transaction steps of a main process. All areas of work are directly accessible via a table of contents. To answer questions from SAP users not only orally but also in the form of screen recordings, key users and support staff can quickly "film" and publish the processes in question. The user can view both his input and the results in the Personal Navigator. This means that the errors are almost completely eliminated. There are also other offers on the market, but this tool has proven itself in practical use.

A note box in which data of all kinds can be quickly filed and retrieved. This is what Scribble Papers promises. At first, the program looks very spartan. But once a small structure is in place, you realise the great flexibility of this little helper.


Our work is aimed at improving the business of our customers. Our task does not end with the implementation of the IT solution. We support customers all over the world with the operation, maintenance and administration of the solution.

Tools such as "Shortcut for SAP Systems" are extremely useful for SAP support.
